I would just like to point out that the many times that i have been there i have never had to worry about someone putting sour... cream on my food. you should put it on there unless the customer asks for it. Skinny ant looking woman was rude, got upset cause she lied about her system being froze but her and her staff was just being... lazy. Dude was sitting eating, the other 2 were on their phone. Got mad when I counted to make sure all my food was inthere....yall don't even have large cups, how I know yall going to do my order right. Ordered a #2 (3 Supreme soft shells), and a #7 (asked for the hard shell to be made Supreme as well) waited 15 minutes for our... food. Only to get it and nothing be made Supreme. Took the food back inside (all workers were in the back and my husband had towhistle for someone's attention) when someone finally came up we told then the issue and they said "wasn't rang up that way"when a #2 is literally Supreme softshells. We gave them our reciept and showed them they were in fact rang up Supremes and thenthey fixed it. All in all, waited 20 minutes and they weren't even busy. Read more

Every time I come here they never get my order right. I HATE SOUR CREAM. why is it so hard to NOT put SOUR CREAM on a burrito. I... have waited for 20 to 30 min in a drive thru on many occasions and every single time my food is wrong this makes 8 times in arow. This time I tried going inside. I'm tired of getting home and having to return to get it fixed. I'm done with this place. Iwill never return to this taco bell again. And one more thing there is always something missing. Service was a little quicker than last time I visited several months ago. They do not have the beef and bean combo burrito... anymore, so I was not stoked about that. Got the wife some nacho fries, I've never had them. Tried one and it was not bad atall. Read more
