5 employees, including manager standing out back, smoking/vapes. Noone would answer the speaker, the manager smoking said "drive... around" then another 30 mins, placed order at window, cold, incorrect order with bunch of kids/adults just having a good timeinside, ignoring their customers. I think the big fish sandwich is a deep fried roofing shingle. Couldn't eat it. The mozzarella sticks were also mostly... breading and very little cheese inside. Now I know why there are never any cars there. Read more

I placed an order on the website tonight around 7:44 pm. I went to pick the order up and was told at the the drive thru that... they were closed. I pulled to the window and showed the order to one the employees. He at first played dumb and then said hedidn?t have an order. He then looked again and said pull around and that he would bring it out to me. Oh they did, I got homeand half the order is missing and the buns on what was actually on the hamburgers they actually gave me from my order werestale. This was done on purpose. I threw the bag of food away and kept the receipt. This place is horrible and just verypathetic. Getting my money back tomorrow. Read more
I had to give this shot show a 1 but don?t even deserve that. If your looking for a job STAY AWAY from BK. I worked there 1 day... and quit still have not gotten paid and that was 3 weeks ago. The General Manager Is more interested in gossiping and playingaround with the other employees. I was show if someone says the fries are cold they just dip them in the fry again yep you stillget the same stale cold fries but just thrown back in the fryer. That place is a joke? Read more
The drive through guy that collects the money is awesome. Thats where the awesome stopped. Fries were not warm. Not close. The... bun on the whoppers were garbage. Way too long in the warmer. The food quality was nowhere near the $18 for 2 meals. Poorshowing. Read more
After seeing the commercial on TV for the 4 new chicken sandwiches, we decided to give them a try for dinner tonight. After... driving into town to get them, we're told that the only chicken in the store is chicken nuggets. This store should close, it isone thing after another, every time we try to go there. Either the order is wrong, food is cold, or now, they can fulfill anorder that is advertised as a promotion. I wish whoever ran the Springfield store would take this one over, I've never had anissue there! Read more
