We just ate a late breakfast at White House TN. This was a wonderful establishment with excellent food and clean restrooms. But... the best part was having Braddock as our server. He was an exceptionally nice young man. The manager inquired about myhusband?s pork allergy before they prepared his French toast. Thank you to this Cracker Barrel! Read more

The hostess was an older woman who was sweet enough to switch us to a different table so I could use an outlet to charge my... phone. We are from out of state and were having car trouble. Our server brought our drinks, then another came and informed usthat our table had been given to her and she would be our waitress from then on. I was confused as to why our table was givenaway, did we do something to offend the original server? Our food order had already been placed, so it just caused someunnecessary confusion because the new server didn't know who wanted what or what drinks we had. The food was delicious, asalways, but I will note that I asked for and was charged for a loaded baked potato and all that came on it was butter andcheese. Our drinks went dry a few times before being refilled and after asking if we wanted refills, I noticed our serverstanding around looking like she had nothing to do when we hadn't gotten our drinks yet. I will probably give this location asecond chance considering I am often in the area, but I was not super impressed with the service during this particular diningexperience. Read more

This place is hit and miss. We probably won't return. Seated quickly, however it was a solid ten minutes before a waitress... acknowledged our presence. Service was terrible. Food was worse. Even had to wait on someone to show up to take our money. Lotsof dirty tables and floors were not clean. Just an understaffed, inadequately trained waitress and poorly managed shift? Waitress was having a bad day! Wrong sides were brought out, no knives or spoons were available, cheeseburger was undercooked,... no drink refills were ever offered, not even coffee or water. Waitress seemed more interested in waiting on new tables than whatour problems were. Biscuits/cornbread was cool, definitely not hot! Serving sizes seemed extra small today. No syrup forpancakes until we ask, by then they were cold. Carrots & fries-must have been a shortage. Read more
Great service from Daphne yet Morgan is wonderful star at this location & so very helpful. I went in for breakfast & left with... $120 worth of merchandise. Great job Morgan! Your customer service skills are excellent. The best Manager I have seen in a longtime that interacts with the customers at Cracker Barrel. Read more
