I went inside and had to wait 15 minutes and finally speak up for two medium sized drinks. All the while probably 25 cars had... gone through the drive-thru and got in their orders. I understand drive through can be a priority, but you shouldn't flat outignore the people on the inside. This is not the first time this has happened. It doesn't take much if you see someone waitingfor a while, to ask what they're waiting for. I don't complain, I don't speak up, But this was completely unacceptable. Read more
Kristy took our order and told us it would be a 15 minute wait for any of the breakfast sandwiches. We ordered two wake up... wraps, two strawberry frosted donuts, hash browns and the bagel bites. The wraps and hash browns are good. I dont recommend thebagel bites. The donuts were good. Fast service and decent food. Read more

Attention dunkin donuts there is a problem at this store. Service is terrible, orders are wrong, workers do not know how to... prepare even signature drinks. Today was not my first issue but the most infuriating When I called the shift leader (who iscoincidentally the person who filled the order) said they do not have managers. When I called back I got an actual manager. Whowas more receptive to complaints but said he had no complaints in a couple weeks it is no wonder when they deny he exists. Acouple weeks ago is also when scooters coffe opened around the corner. Which is where everyone who likes Good properly preparedcoffee is now apparently going. Read more
Very friendly staff! Josie helped us decide what coffee and doughnuts we needed and she did great! Another tall gentleman... (possibly a manager) was equally as friendly and got our order out quickly! Read more
This was the WORST drink I have EVER had. I got a iced caramel macchiato and it tasted like black coffee . I asked for the... munchkins and they didn?t even give me what I paid for. I was having an amazing day until this. Jesus would not have risen forthis and I fasho will never rise outta my bed for that ever again. Read more
I got two medium iced coffees with just cream. Very watered down coffee. We asked them to dump some out and add coffee still... came back weak. Haven't had the best experience with this location. Also asked for a cranberry muffin and they said we don'thave them even though it's on the board in two different places. Read more
