Arrived at 10 on Sunday. Sunday is the biggest day for fried chicken sales. Waited til 10:15 at the drive thru then went around... to the window. The cook answered the window and said they were short staffed, then got mad at me when I told him the sign saysthey open at 10a. First they didn?t answer on drive through and now they just walked away from window.. Rudest fast foodrestaurant I?ve ever been to. Gave absolutely no care to anything except they weren?t ready yet. Also when I drive up to thewindow they were all leaning on the counters drinking sodas.. not doing opening prep. Called to talk to the manager and no oneanswered the phone. Came back at 10:30, still no answer at drive thru but they were inside goofing off when I drove backaround. I?m sure the owners of this establishment need to know this.. Read more
Wow...wow and wow! We had excellent service. Chicken was the best tasting KFC we have had in a long while. They ran out of legs... but hey, in today's world, need we say anymore! Cole slaw was the perfect KFC slaw that we all love! Mashed potatoes, perfect aswell! Even the dang biscuit was soft and delicious! I had to mention the biscuit because every time we get a KFC biscuit, it'shard. But not this time. We were very very happy campers! Thanks for the outstanding service! Read more
Do not ever go to this Kentucky fried chicken location if you want chicken. They don?t seem to have chicken ever or enough... chicken or if you order it. I was told I could not get all white me even if I paid the upgraded price of which I had no problemdoing . When we called to place her to go order I usually pay extra to get a 12 piece or 16 piece all white me up. It?s notcheap but it?s what we wanted. Again I called ahead because this is the only restaurant that never seems to have enough chickento fill one order. I know they have issues there is why I called ahead. When I go to the Hendersonville Kentucky fried chickenif I called ahead they laugh and say sir unless you?re picking up six dozen buckets or more we don?t need you to call ahead. Sowhen I called ahead and spoke with the manager who I think gave me a fake name of Bob after I asked for it and because theycouldn?t do it the order in. July 4th Drive through Lunch time The most incredibly disrespectful and rude "person" in the background while trying to place my... order. Many options and made some changes in speaking with the original person taking the order. In the meantime, the backgroundfemale decided to interact with her attitude, smart remarks and laughter. Only I was not laughing. What hogwash. She needs to befired. If I was her employer, she would be. I am fed up with this place and will never return. Then, the order is broughtoutside to you while you wait after you've paid for your order. Upon receiving my order, I told this person that I wanted to seethe manager. She stated she was. Her attitude was TOTALLY LIKE A ZOMBIE going through the motions. No apology, no concern, nohonor. This place is the worst I have seen in a long time for total lack of caring about the customer and why this turned outthe way it did. Never will I ever order from this place and will HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE that you NEVER order from thisshoddy place. Will never return. I hope this location goes belly up. Went through drive-thru at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday July 5th. I ordered two pot pies and two large sweet teas. I was told that they was... out of pot pies and do not have sweet tea only have unsweetened tea. So I drove off. Read more
Great service. Dining room close. Took us walking through the drive-thru cause we are in an 18 wheeler truck. All food was SUPER... FRESH. Workers were on top of it. Lines kept full for the hours that we were parked there. Best KFC we have visited yet in theU.S.A. Read more
