This is one of the self service vending machine style McDonald's where they no longer have a cashier inside. You can order at... the kiosk or on your phone via the app. The kiosks are slow, unreliable, and confusing. Since there is no cashier you can nolonger get your own beverage while waiting on your meal since you don't get the cup until a staff member serves up your order.This makes your visit just that much longer. Take my advice, just use the drive through and then park if you want to eat in thestore. Read more
Absolutely awful experience. Ordered via the kiosk and paid 3 transactions for 3 friends meals. It had us put a table number... too. So we did. 10 minutes later I went to ask where the food was and was told I already picked it up and the person walked awayfrom me. I asked another person and they remade the order. 2nd order was never brought out, friend did the same thing. Theyremade the order. No apologies for the poor service. Last one was a sundae. Waited ANOTHER 10 minutes. Went to the counter AGAINto be told it was set on the counter and "you should have seen it right here." Excuse me? I ordered it to be taken to the table.On top of that, no number was called so I knew it was ready, no one even shouted out that there was a sundae ready. I asked fora refund and then even the shift manager gave me an attitude and tried to push it off on me that I should have seen it there. NoI should not have, it was supposed to be taken to the table marker. Unbelievable. Will not be returning here. Save your moneypeople. These people DO NOT care. Read more
Workers were extremely rude, made my sandwich with onions even though I explicitly told them no onions since I am allergic and... then gave me a replacement burger which was just the same exact burger and they just took the onions off so it still had thetaste on it. The buns were stale and then lastly, my large fry looked like they just threw a small fry in there and they werestale. This McDonald?s has gone so far down hill. Read more
I've never been that person to check my order before leaving drive through but I've learned my lesson. Ordered 2 regular... cheeseburgers and this is what I received. If I could give this location a zero rating I definitely would. The chicken sandwichand nuggets were ok. Read more
Took even longer than an usual McDonald's order..... And that's saying a lot. Then after waiting an eternity we watched in... disbelief as the girl who was to bring us our food stop halfway to us with our order in hand and then turn around to argue witha coworker. I'm sure this intellectual debate was way more important than giving their customers hot fries. Finally I had to goup and ask if that was in fact the food I paid for 15 minutes ago for her to relinquish the bags of stale food. Read more
Two days in a row the dining room is locked? I even called the second day and she said they were getting ready to open. It... was 1 minute before 7am (when they were supposed to open). We waited almost 5 minutes and she never unlocked the door. Wewent to Burger King behind the McDonald's and received 5 Star service! Read more
McDonalds White House - where you can get a McCafe coffee at 2/3rds the price of a Starbucks coffee and receive 2/3rds of a full... drink. 2 weeks ago we were in Georgia visiting family when my wife and I discovered the excellent tasting Carmel MacchiatoMcCafe drinks at McDonalds. When we came back home to White House, we?ve had 12 drinks over the course of just over two weeksand only one of them was even remotely ?full?. I?m not complaining that they just didn?t fill them to the top.... it?s so badthat the times when I have complained, it required a MEDIUM drink to fill up the LARGE! That is absolutely ridiculous,especially when you?re paying $7 for two drinks. Most mornings I?m in a rush and don?t have time or energy to complain, but overthe course of the two weeks, I did do just that on four different occasions. Once they used mediums cups to refill, one theyused small cups to refill, one person just told me they normally don?t work at that location and offered nothing else, and oneperson said the machine is automatic and they have no control over how much it puts out.
