Pizza never shows up even after 2 to 3 hours. I was quoted 40 minutes the 3 seperate nights I tried to order. The one time... they did bring our food they just left it on the porche with no knock at the door or doorbell. I've been on hold for 40 minutestrying to figure out where the food my family is waiting for 3 hours ago is. They could atleast let us know they are not comingso we could get other food. Read more
I spent 13 years working for Papa in Indiana. Y'all need to fix the management team at this store. Customer service is not one... of their strong points. Looks like Pizza Hutt will be getting my business from now on. Read more
We ordered delivery and it took over an hour to arrive and when it finally arrived one pizza box was collapsed and when I opened... it the toppings for half of the pizza were stuck to the lid of the box. We tried to call the store to explain and get areplacement but it kept going to a call center who tried to transfer us with no luck. So I drove to the store with the ruinedpizza and asked for it to be fixed and the guy working was like well it will be over an hour because I have other orders. So Isaid well the other part of our order is cold now since I had to drive up here after paying for delivery so I would like arefund for this pizza and he said he can't do a refund to our card (which seems ridiculous) but will credit our account (neverhappened). I'm sympathetic to places not having enough employees but the way in which he was just uncaring and reallyunapologetic about what happened was what really made me disgusted about the whole thing. Called placed order. Woman on phone was at a call center not the store. Insisted they were open even thought online it said they... were closing in less than 10 minutes. Also no carry out delivery only. Waited an hour. No one came. Called same number voicemailsaid closed. Why would the store not take the call? Woman in call center was clueless even when I told her online it said theywere closing in next few minutes. She insisted they were open another hour or so. Dumbest experience ever. Don?t even bother. I ordered a pizza online and I gave them my address to my work and called them cuz it was 45 minutes until my pizza was on the... way! I had it on Papa Track! They said at first my pizza wasn?t in the rack and that it was on the way! I waited 15 mins andlooked again and it said delivered so I called again and they said I sent them to a field and acted like I was going to robthem! The person on the phone was absolutely rude! Then said my order was voided and I said well this is your fault I want acredit and they said no there?s nothing we can do and hung up the phone! They have brought me pizza to this address before andno problems until this time! So I checked the address to make sure I gave them the right one and called them back! They wereconsistently rude and did not offer to even make me another order over the phone! Then I asked for a corporate number and theygot on the phone and said this ain?t a corporate store bro and hung up the phone! Read more
Believe it or not this is ?extra? pepperoni and cheese. Why the heck would you put the cheese over all the toppings? To hide the... one pepperoni per piece you put on? You just turned me off. Update, had to throw this thing away. Just nasty. Waste of $20 Read more
