I would not absolutely not reccomend anybody eat at this location. They are dirty. Their bathrooms are disgusting. I ordered... my food only to get it given to me and when I bit into my sandwich i found a piece of hair in it that looked like pubic hair. That is so disgusting. When i approached and asked for a manager they told me she was not in. So I spoke with nanager on dutythat night and they did not replace the food and accused me of making up stories. The staff was very rude. I will never eatthere again. First time impressions are everything. And my first time impression with them was soo very bad. Please take myadvice and eat at another Arbys. Order was missing food so rather then wait in a line when there are 6 cars I called the fast food place and asked if they could... run the food out to my car so I didn?t have to wait again and was told no since they have the doors locked. What kind ofcustomer service is that? I?ve already waited my time for my food, now I have to wait for everyone else to order and get therefresh hot food meanwhile mine is going cold while I have to wait again. I?ve worked in fast food for many years and even when wehad our lobby closed we would still unlock it to run food to customers cars. This restaurant has seriously tanked over the lastfew years. Food was good. But the cashier wasnt very helpful at all. She was rude and kept forgetting what we said. Even tho the... renovations look nice the staff needs some work. Everytime I get food there people on speaker are rude and ignorant. Our food is always cold and we spend over $20 . We DONT... want cold food!! Read more
