I ordered on the mobile app for pick up. My first time ever. Drove 10 minutes there(20 minutes round trip). Went to go in to... pick up. THEY ARE CLOSED!!! It's 7:15pm. No one is there. How are they not open but taking orders & charging people? Absolutely ridiculous!!! Read more

To preface, mistakes happen. But mistakes shouldn?t happen after telling a customer that you will fix the issue and everything... will be straightened out. Today my order was entered into the system incorrectly, causing me to ask why a Chicken King was onthe screen and not a #6. She told me my total of $9 plus and I asked if that was correct. I was told that she hit the wrongbutton and needed a manager to fix the problem. She told me my real total of $6.35 then proceeded to ring me up for $9 plus, andhands me a bag without the correct contents in it. I had doubled checked to be sure the right meal was going to be in there andshe assured me it?s all good. It was not. So not only was it overcharged, but I feel like I?m as just told what I wanted to hearso that she didn?t need to fuss with fixing the mistake. $3 isn?t a make or break amount for most people, but when you don?teven get the correct meal after being reassured that you would, AND you pay extra, you wouldn?t be happy either. Thank you tothe manager that refunded my meal. He gets 5 stars for dealing with my anger. Read more

After waiting at the window for 10 minutes waiting for onion rings, they forgot an order of onion rings. The entire order was... cold and onion rings were undercooked. I went back through the drive through to get the rest of my order. Then after waiting anadditional 10 minutes, the employee called me a liar. DO NOT go to this location. Read more

Waited in the srive thru for 20 mins finally got order- it was wrong. Went in to get it corrected and had to wait another 30... mins while my dog got antsy in the car. Simply reading the order back like you are trained to would solve this problem. Read more

Before the pandemic, this particular location could never get orders right. Post-pandemic, not only do they still mess up... orders, but they can't stay consistent with their schedule. All week they were open past 10:30pm, when I get off of work. Tonight is Friday, I finally want to take a chance and stop in...they are closed, before 10:30. I guess they need to maintaintheir unsatisfactory reputation. ???? UPDATE 7/5/22: I got FOOD POISONING after eating food from this location on Sunday, July3, 2022. You guys REALLY need to clean up your act, literally, before the health department gets involved. I just spent thelast 2 days in pain, & Burger King was the last thing I ate. You do the math. They should have closed down this location andleft the Hartland one open. Read more

We all know Burger King oh, but I must say the food that I got out of here was absolutely fabulous and fresh oh, and I came back... in because I forgot to get ketchup and the managers first question to me was is there something wrong they were that concernedabout my experience. I wish I could rate no stars... 1) Had to repeat order 3 times. 2) Drive Thru took 20 minutes. 3) Milkshake was basically... chilled chocolate milk with no whipped cream (requested) - asked and she said all out, but charged for it. 4) Fries are bland,literally no salt was on them. 5) Chicken nuggets were cold and tasted like the Dino nuggets I microwave for kids. 6) Chargedfor 3 packs of BBQ sauce I never got.
