If I could leave 0 stars I would this place this nuts $6 for delivery fee. I had my food for take out total was $37 and some... change I hand them $50 oh I can't break a 50. How can u not give me $13 back this is the last time I am ordering food from thisplace I'll take my business to another place. Read more

Always great pizza. Love that garlic crust. Ordered twice as much as I needed, cold Pizza is always good.

I ordered food at 9:14pm and the restaurant closes at 10pm. The estimated time was 40 mins. After 10pm, if you try to call them,... it will send you to an automated message saying to call back later. It's fine if y'all take past 10 for the order, I'm sure it'ssuper busy, but there should be SOME way to contact you still... After the tracker hadn't moved for 40 minutes, I assumed y'allhad just canceled the order and I was ready to dispute the charge. Only just now (10:15pm) has the tracker updated to show thereare people still in the restaurant and the pizza is still on the way. I'm glad everything worked out, but ***it would be nice ifyou kept your lines of communication open if you still have orders in progress.*** Read more

Will be reporting to the BBB. Ordered pizzas from this place while staying at a motel. Google showed that they were 5 minutes up... the road. I paid with my card over the phone and everything seemed fine, 30 minutes later we get a call from Hungry Howiestelling us that they aren't going to bring the pizzas because we are "out of their delivery range". By that time it was too lateto order from any place else. They never refunded my $41 dollars back to my card. I will be going to the bank in the morning totry to get my money back. These people are liars and thieves. Beware. I will also be reporting them to their corporate officesand my bank for fraud. Read more

Great service as always. This is the BEST HH in the area. They accidentally gave us the wrong pizza and by the time I got home... Mike had already called to say they had a fresh one on the way. They delivered it to the house with apologies. Thanks Mike! Thecorrect one was perfect!! Read more

Fresh, hot, and so yummy! The Highland location is awesome. I am not always crazy about their delivery times, so we pick it up... instead. If you need a last minute dinner idea that isn't going to hit your wallet hard, call them up! Employees are really nicealso. Read more

Constructive criticism.... They need more workers Which is hard to find with covid, I get it. But its also not the employees... problem Definitely upto management or owner. I walk in on a Friday night to see only 2 people working obviously lookiedstressed, 1 was also delivering pizza... It makes customers upset to wait, and makes employees stressed out, making mistakes andleaves no time for proper customer service. Also none of these issues of which I've ever encountered myself at thislocation. But when I went to leave a 5 star review to see quite a lot of negative reviews as well. Sometimes I feel badly forordering from here when they are so short staffed in result not wanting to order again. Other then that I personally had greatlytimed food and service. Always do. No complaints otherwise. they Just always seem so short staffed. Read more
