Never ordering from this location again! Ordered 2 pizzas through the app and was charged for my order but when we went to pick... them up they said they had a computer glitch and did not get our order. Had to go to another store. I called the next day & hadto request a refund. Second time ordered through app, card charged, went to pick them up & the employees were closing early andonce again no pizzas. Called to get refund was told the district manager would be in and he would have to review it. Neverreceived my refund! Read more
I?ve worked fast food at multiple types of businesses so I understand how overwhelming it can be. But this place is something... special when it comes to just not wanting to do business. Went in one time and there was a single woman doing all of the work byherself during a lunch rush. Today I called to place an order and was left on hold for 15 minutes. Hung up, called back, thenthey hung up on me while I was on hold. There are some serious problems with the scheduling or whatever at this place. It sucksbecause most if not all of the workers are polite. Must be some intense problems with the management at this place. Read more
Went in to place an order. There was a bit of a line. Found our Francis was working all by herself. Taking and making orders.... She was amazing and had such a positive attitude! What a great, hard working woman! Wish there were more of her around. Ourpizza was great too! Props to Francis! Read more
Walked in and ordered 2 hot ready?s and a thing of bread. I was told it would be a 25 minute wait. How is it possible that you... have no food ready at 7pm? When we got here, one associate was smoking out front while the other was playing pinball at thefront of the store. I?m all for taking breaks but why are you lounging around if you have no food ready to sell? I will not beback. Read more
Great experience ???? Fran took my order on the phone and when I arrived at the store my food was just coming out of the oven!... (I was 5 minutes early...) I?m really disappointed in the workers at this location. This is the second time I have shown up to this store at 8:30. As far... as I?m aware the store closes at 9 and on the door it says 10. The workers refused to make my order and we were pretty muchforced to get hot and ready or nothing. Other employees have made my order at later times. This laziness needs to be fixed oryou should portray accurate store hours online and in store. Read more
Walked in and picked up 2 hot and ready w pizzas and a crazy bread. We live 4 minutes away. When we got home, both pizzas were... cold and hard. Literally like rock hard. The sauce was dried out and crusty. It was literally the worst pizza I?ve ever paidfor. It truly was like second day old pizza. I wish I would have noticed before we left or I would have not even bought it. Mykids were so grossed out there wouldn?t even eat it. My son was banging the pizza on the table because it was so hard. The last 3 times I've stopped in for a HOT & READY! They told me at least a 30 minute wait. At 2pm 6om and 730 pm. This is... ridiculous they have a speed rack that hold like 50 ready pizzas oven takes 6 to 8 minutes to cook what's the problem here?
