I love this McDonald's. They're always so nice and upbeat. And the last time we went we had our cat with us in the car. The girl... at the window asked what the cats name was and we said Cookie. When we got home we pulled out our food and wondered why we'dgotten an extra 6 piece nugget.... it had Cookies in it! I thought it was the absolute sweetest gesture and totally made mesmile. More expensive, slow, flat and warm drink with no ice, paid for deluxe burger and got a plain one, guy giving us the food has... cut arms with blood and didn't even have them covered (so gross). Worst McDonald's I've been to in quite a while. Read more
Ordered online, which is usually painless. I don't usually complain but after missing a whole meal from our order I went back in... and they still forgot the drink and a toy for the happy meal. They had like 8 people on the shift. I've worked in customerservice and restaurants before so I understand when it's busy but there wasn't anyone other than us in the drive through andnobody inside.
