I frequent this location during the work week for lunch, by far my favorite location that Pita Way has. The store is always... clean with a welcoming environment. The staff there is what really sets this store apart from other lunch options in the area.There are two young woman who work there that provide the best service a customer could ask for every visit! One young lady'sname is Lynsey, I'm not positive on the other woman's name but these two work together daily and are so consistent. Showing thatthey care not only about the customer but display a real pride and effort into their work. They have even managed to remember mylunch order. Just had them cater my daughter's graduation party. It was amazing!! All of the food was fresh and delicious. I had so many... compliments from friends and family that the food was great and some of the best spread they have had at a grad party! I normally stop in here at least 2-3 days a week after the gym. Normally Lindsey makes my bowl for me and always has my order... memorized. The staff is very friendly and does a great job preparing the food in a timely manner. Food is always fresh and neverhave to wait on chicken to be cooked like other locations I?ve been to. Great service I placed an order ahead of time online, because they would not allow orders over the phone for under $100. This... was very frustrating, the process was very long and drawn out. You have to pay ahead of time if you place an online order. Thefood is always good, and I appreciate the attentive service. An excellent alternative to the usual fast food! The rice bowl topped with chicken shawarma and lots of vegetables is so good.... Don't forget the hummus and garlic sauce to go with your pita! Add a little greek dressing to bring it all together. Yum! Read more

Just got back from Pita Way. We enjoyed the food. That said, a couple of things that weren't great. We have never been there... before. We were given a gift card and great reviews on the food. There was no clear place where we order. The cash register isright in front, but people were ordering in the back at the glass counter. Ok, so I guess we will follow?? So 3 people in frontof us and 5 guys behind the counter putting together orders. Cool, I guess we will wait and figure out what we want from theuneven hanging menu Smh! Now we say, how do we do this?? Ohhhh it's to the left on the wall.(someone pointed) Hmmm...ok. wedecide a "Bowl" sounds good. The guy taking our order has a mask on. Great!! He was hard to hear him tell us what goes in thebowl. So look to the left...now follow 1-3...got it?!! Not really, but we did ok. The employee looked very annoyed. Obviously,we couldn't see his face but we could see his eyes. He was not impressed with us not knowing what to do. Even though we had saidwe've never been there before. Okay, everybody has a bad day. Now we give our gift card and something's wrong there. Another guyhas to come help. Ordered a drink, didn't even know they had fountain drinks until after we paid $2.66 for a 16 Gatorade, yikes.The fountain drinks are way off on the other side of the counter in the corner. Enjoyed the food, really did not enjoy theplace! The floor is Very Very dirty! Tables were not cleaned off. Five guys up front and it looked like a couple guys in theback, anyone cleaning? We would like to eat here again but feel the way that the way the restaurant is kept may keep us fromeating there again. We felt very rushed and confused.The food on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being amazing) We gave it a 6. Storeappearance sadly a 3 and a 4 for customer service. We were excited to try something new.
