The blonde named Ava who works there really needs an attitude check. I came in this morning and ordered a drink I get frequently... & it tasted off and very bitter so I politely asked for it to be remade. Ava immediately told me every drink I?ve ever hadmust?ve been made wrong at other locations and that she wouldn?t be willing to remake it since ?that?s how it?s always made.?Her kind co worker remade it for me and it turns over Ava did forget to add milk to the drink. I will probably not return to thelocation due to the stuck up and rude behavior of the employee Ava. Read more

Peppermint mocha must not have been stirred or just wasn?t made correctly. Didn?t even drink half of it and chunks of chocolate... came out when i took a sip. Poored it down the drain to be left with this. I personally don?t go to Starbucks often due topricing. But, when I do, I don?t like to unfortunately have a bad experience. Read more

Wonderful licensed store there in the Kroger. Love the tables inside and out, so there is plenty of space to relax with your bev... of choice. Staff is knowledgeable and delightful, though overworked is an understatement.
