The blonde named Ava who works there really needs an attitude check. I came in this morning and ordered a drink I get frequently... & it tasted off and very bitter so I politely asked for it to be remade. Ava immediately told me every drink I?ve ever hadmust?ve been made wrong at other locations and that she wouldn?t be willing to remake it since ?that?s how it?s always made.?Her kind co worker remade it for me and it turns over Ava did forget to add milk to the drink. Peppermint mocha must not have been stirred or just wasn?t made correctly. Didn?t even drink half of it and chunks of chocolate... came out when i took a sip. Poored it down the drain to be left with this. I personally don?t go to Starbucks often due topricing. But, when I do, I don?t like to unfortunately have a bad experience. Read more
I love Starbucks! I don't like coffee in general, but they make amazing refreshers and bagels. I also loved their service.
This place is awful. And I mean awful. The staff is rude, unfriendly and won't even speak loudly enough so that you can hear... them. Place is always closed, they consistently get your drinks wrong and are consistently backed up. This has been before COVIDso don't let that be an excuse. Don't go to this one go to the one at Meijer. At least they don't treat you poorly there. Read more
I used to love the convenience of grabbing a drink while I grocery shopping. The 6AM-8PM hours of this location need to be... edited and are not valid. Lately, they are closed more than they are open!! I've been in the morning... closed... middle of theday... closed... afternoon... closed. If you are looking for a guaranteed Starbucks drink, sadly, this is not the location togo to anymore. The "closed due to staffing" sign is now a regular sight. Read more
Black Friday at around 4:30 the poor girl working is all by herself. She was doing pretty good with the long line of people... until and older entitled woman just didn't get her coffee hot enough after asking for cold cream. I never got coffee, left theline at that point but I feel bad for that girl. She gets four stars for keeping her composure, I did not. Read more
Wonderful licensed store there in the Kroger. Love the tables inside and out, so there is plenty of space to relax with your bev... of choice. Staff is knowledgeable and delightful, though overworked is an understatement. I have never had a negative eexperience there and I do hope they get more help and more understanding from those who are short with them. Read more
