I was there this morning 1/23/2020 at 8am. There were 2 gals working and 1 was complaining profusely about a co-worker/friend... of hers. I was the only customer and still had to wait while the 1 gal went on and on. The other gal stood listening to herand it wasn't until I said "forget it" that I was waited on. 1 gal took my order and money and the other started my drink. Thegal making my drink STILL complained the whole time I was waiting. She set it down and walked back over to the gal, STILLcomplaining about this co-worker/friend of hers. My drink was "just ok". More thought was put into complaining than making agood drink. I'm sorry, but when there are customers, they need to be taken care of first rather than complaining the entiretime. Read more
I have been there multiple times and I have never gotten a drink correct. I have expressed to the baristas my issues and they... insisted I was wrong. I orded a double chocolate chip frappuccino and she forgot to add the chocolate sauce and was hesitant toremake. Would never recommend. Read more
I don't like the coffee, but my wife can't walk by one with out get a cup. I call it 5 bucks because a cup of coffee is $5.00.
Great service and the staff does a great job. However, it would be helpful for this location to have some sort of digital board... that shows you where your order is in the line up. I was in there the other day and it was slammed. The staff were struggling tokeep up and were doing the best they could. But most of us were standing there for 15 - 20 minutes and then you're playing thefun game of trying to figure out if your order is almost up and should you stay? Or do you risk being late for work if it's notalmost up? Do you cancel? It's like playing a guessing game but with results that could get people written up or fired fromtheir jobs. Being able to see if your order is next in line or tenth in line would help you make that decision. Read more
