My lady and I stopped in for food and used the drive through. We placed our order and had some troubles in doing so but... everything was correct on the screen. We got our food and started on the nacho fries. They were not seasoned and cold. Thoughtabout going back in but said it was too small an issue. When we got home our order was wrong with items we didn't even order. Wedecided to go in and ask for it to be remade. I waited without being acknowledged for about 5 mins or so. When I told them whathappened they got the manager who slowly walks up and asked me what I needed in a very rude and uncaring tone. I was not givenan apology, just asked if I wanted it remade or a refund. I had it remade and also noticed they had raw meat sitting out fromthe time I went in untill just before I left (about 20 mins) and I don't feel safe to eat one of the items I got that has meatin it. Disturbed and disappointed in the rudness of the manager and how they handled an unclean kitchen. Read more

You know the day you walked into Taco Bell , and the cashier behind the register says ,?our Mexican pizzas are back in stock.?... The clouds part , the sun shines down , the birds are chirping and angels are singing HALLELUJAH!!? That was my experiencetonight. The employees were phenomenal. Went here last week and paid $1.40 extra for two chicken chalupas, got beef. Today I used the app figuring they couldn't mess... things up since they read my order back to me but instead of two veggie Mexican pizzas I get cold beef ones that look like theywere made hours ago. It looked like all teenagers inside while the adult managers were smoking in the parking lot. Sent in acomplaint but no response, ill call my bank and do a chargeback if I have to. This place SUCKS! Food ice cold, not grilled whatsoever when it?s a ?grilled burrito? staff very short and rude. I?ll be going to the other... location up the road from now on. Waste of 20 minutes with one car ahead of me to get cold food that is prepared terribly. Alsotemp gunned the food and it was at 72 degrees, unsafe and cold. Read more
While I can't blame the staff of this Taco Bell franchise for the ridiculous $9 cost of a so-called "value meal", I can blame... them for the ridiculously slow service. It was just plain awful. I know what you're thinking... There were plenty of workers onstaff; they were just moving at a snail's pace. I'll give them this... They sure looked like they were having a good time. Waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes. Finally get up to order. There is no cars in front of us (they all got their... food and left) and no one issue yet no one can take our order. They start to take our order and e at told to ?hold on? wefinally leave after waiting longer and everyone is standing in the drive through window talking. Read more
I?ve never consistently had such horrible service and food from a fast food place before. The food is always cold and when it?s... hot it?s messed up and falling apart. They are always out of half the things on the menu and are regularly ?short staffed?making me wait 20 minutes for my food EVERY TIME even when there?s no one in front of me. I always see 2 people standing aroundtalking and one doing all the work. And on top of it all they?re rude too. I really didn?t wanna have to drive out of my way tothe other one but I?m tired of this locations bs. Read more
