My husband & I frequent this location. Customer service is absolutely outstanding. We normally visit when Alex is working, he is... always going above & beyond, it's always a pleasure to visit this location and we always leave with a smile. Decided to go to Tubby?s inside the Shell gas station at M-59 & Bogie Lk. Rd. in White Lake Michigan to pick up a sub. Talked to... a young man named Will on the phone to take my order. He informed me that they were close to closing time but no worries,hewould hook me up. 5 minutes later I?m there to pick up my sub and Will instantly recognized me as the guy that just called. Hewas very personable,shook my hand,even asked my name. He invited me back anytime,the whole time being cheerful and friendly eventhough I?m sure he was tired and ready to go home. Got home and enjoyed an excellent sandwich made by Will too as he was thereby himself. Keep up the good work Will, you?re an awesome young man. Thanks! Read more

I have gotten carry out from here several times. The food is great! There is always only one employee and it's always the same... guy. His customer service is some of the best I have ever seen! He is always so friendly! All have to get his name next time sohe gets the credit he deserves! Read more

My favorite Tubby's by far! There's one closer to my home, but this one... the bread is different from the rest! It makes ALL... the difference! They're super friendly even on busy days or if there's only 1 person on staff! They are also honest about whenthey're backed up & your wait may be a little longer than usual. Read more
