I?m honestly kinda sad about this one. The last two times I?ve been to the whataburger, the wait was long but the food was worth... it. Today, the wait was long (understandably considering the holiday) but the food was bad. Like bad, bad. The fries were coldand soggy with a bad oil taste and my box listed the two sauces asked for (which I was charged an extra $1 for, too) and onlyhad one sauce in there? and the sauce looked like this. The chicken was super dry (probably the lack of sauce) and cold,too. Over $20 for two meals and both had bad fries and okay chicken and gross sauces and I?m just beyond disappointed and won?tbe returning. Read more

This was by far the best whataburger we have eaten at in a long time! Food was fresh and made just as we ordered it. Will... definitely go back next time I am in the area. Read more

2 burgers fries onion rings 2 teas. The only thing halfway edible was the onion rings ever other item was cold. I?ll take my biz... to DQ across the street. Hopefully things will improve. Read more

This store is always real busy and usually (understandably) slow and tonight was no exception. The big difference tonight was... the customer service. A big thank you to Erika (with a K) for going above and beyond. A very friendly, genuine attitude withexcellent customer service skills. She came out to verify our order and apologized for the delay, as they were short staffed. Iwish you all the best, Erika and I hope your management sees this review. Read more

Super disappointed in this location. We walked in to order and eat. One manager was sitting at a table with paperwork, totally... understandable. In the back were seven, yes seven employees. Laughing cutting up and cussing at each other. We were the onlycustomers inside, figured our order would be quick and hot. Boy was I wrong. Slow as molasses, the food was room temperature,bun was stale, two slivers of jalapeños on one burger, ice machine didn?t work, fries on the floor and the one trash can was sofull we could barely get our trash in it. The manager wouldn?t make eye contact with me and went to the back when I tried tospeak to him. Needless to say, we won?t be back. Read more
