Perhaps one of the worst McDonald's in the US. I drive a semi so I go all over. This place is extremely slow even when there is... oy 2 customers in the lobby it took 30mins to get my order and it was at 3pm so not while they where cleaning or anything. Do not go here to eat!! They have the worst customer service and wouldn?t handle a situation for us properly. Everyone was rude... about everything. From taking the order to getting our food. They were all extremely rude to us The handicap table broke offcompletely on my disabled boyfriend and they didn?t do anything at all about it! Me and one of my friends waited 40 minutes for our food because the waitress Tiffany who took it was ignoring us. After I... finally got the attention of another guy who was working there it took them an additional 20 minutes before I finally got myfood. An hour total When I confronted the guy about my order Tiffany ran to the bathroom to hide. The only reason I know hername is because her and her friends were goofing off and acting like it was their day at the beach or something. She could?vecared less about the fact that she was at work. She didn?t apologize frankly she just didn?t care. This being a McDonald?s in atruckstop where truckers only get a 30 minute DOT break. It?s absolutely ridiculous management needs to get some betteremployees especially for late at night. Tiffany can go goof off in the parking lot on her break and do her job when she?s atwork or not have a job. She?s another in a long line of sad excuses McDonald?s employee?s. This location like several others still not consistently serving their ice cream products,shakes, etc.. it seems like a pretty... easy issue to resolve but for whatever reason they're not. So I'm very disappointed. Took my daughter here for supper after traveling to bury a loved one. I had $6 left to my name. She... likes a plain cheeseburger. I like extra pickles. This picture was what we received. She nor I could eat more than 1 bite. Theyboth had salt and pepper poured all over them. If it bothers your employees to make a special order, they need fired!! The frieswere luke warm and tea was horrible. So, after traveling for 9 hrs I got to come home and cook at 8pm on a Sunday. Thanks fornothing. Read more
2 mcdoubles, one original chicken sandwich. Bite into chicken, grease pours out. Literally squeezed it like a zit. Couldn't eat... it. Mcdoubles, only thing semi fresh was onions. Pickle slimy. Bread stale af. You can tell they reset the timers on the meatwhen they expired cause it was like eating clumps of sand in the Mojave desert. Don't do it. Read more
