I went today to pickup my order at 7pm and the guy there I guess he was a little overwhelmed because it was busy.. other... customers came in and he took their orders and answer the phone calls and left us waiting for 15-20minutes. All we had to do waspay And he knew we were waiting all I wanted to do was pay and leave. It wasn’t until my sister told him if she can pay thathe paid attention to us. You should have more than 1 person working at nights it’s unacceptable. There was like 5 other peoplewaiting also. Read more

Went to celebrate my cousins birthday with a large group of 15 the server was annoyed and seemed like he didn’t want to take... care of us. Then the manager came over and he seemed overwhelmed and was also rude. We asked for refills and he brought over thepineapple juice in the can not even a cup with ice. Place wasn’t even packed. BWW is always my favorite. Ordering from here is part of celebration for me. This visit didn't disappoint me in the taste and... quality of food. I placed order online for pickup in next 20 minutes. Order was under 'buy one get one boneless wing -Thursday', my favorite offer! When I reached the place, waitress asked me to wait for a moment. Within a minute, she came withmy order with a big smile. She also offered complimentary 0 alcohol beverage, which was a big delight. Overall experience isvery pleasant. Food comes out fast. Wet napkins when you order wings have become optional and the temperature inside is perfect reversing... global warming. Everyone was wearing extra layers and the bartender has a personal heater otherwise she will suffer hypothermia(I hope the rest of the workers don’t catch pneumonia). The blue cheese has the consistency of a melted iceberg. If you’re alost Eskimo, a polar bear or a penguin, this is the place for you. Otherwise put a sign saying “hear out of order” on thefront door. Read more
The food was good and they had pretty reasonable prices. The staff was super nice, although slow to come around sometimes. I... thought it was neat it was in what looked to be an old bank vault. Definitely a good place to hang with friends and watchsports. Read more
