The food is great and it's cheaper than other places

I don't know were to start right now, so i order the food on call i said 3 orders of chicken wing and french fries with 2... eggrolls i arrived i check if its correct only 1 order of chicken wing of french fries with 3 eggrolls bc i ordered one moreeggroll. I told the guy that my order is incorrect he said i ordered 1 chicken wing with french fries plus the eggrolls i toldhim to give me my money back he gets mad and idc bc i told him the right order he can be mad at me for how long but i like thedude with the glasses better. I don't know where to start. Their food use to be really good but I do not know what has happened. One of the guys that answers... the phone and takes the orders are extremely rude. Terrible customer service. Called to place an order and the man answering the phone was incredibly rude and when he couldn’t... hear me yelled “what do you want?” We hung up right then and there. How do you treat your customers this way, especiallywhen you should be GRATEFUL for their business. Food is hit or miss and you can definitely find a better location inWestchester- like Bao’s in the Westchester mall. Deceitful, disorganized mess of a restaurant. This place is hit-or-miss, but mostly miss. Especially tonight. I placed an... order for my family on the phone, and the employee took it as usual. What the employee intentionally didn't tell me was thatthe restaurant had a gas leak in the kitchen, and was cooking the food at a separate location down the road. Upon arrival, Iwas greeted by a crowd of angry customers who were waiting for their food, which was already incredibly late. Only one employeewas handling all these angry customers...while taking more orders on the phone! Not to mention that the employee didn't mentionthe gas leak on any call. So this place was taking more orders while it couldn't fill the ones it already had! Deceitful! After waiting for over half an hour past our scheduled pickup time, we left. Thank goodness we didn't give them ourcredit card, or these crooks could have charged us! Read more
