This dunkin is always busy. Staff is always friendly and tons of people coming and going. Only downside is it's walk in only but... not a big deal for me. Overall enjoy stopping by this place. Would recommend! Read more
HORRIBLE ???? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE?.. I ordered an ice caramel macchiato from the app like I usually do. For some reason... the drink didn?t come out properly. I asked one of the ladies that normally makes my drink if she can make it and the managercame over and told her not to make it in Spanish. The gentleman started talking about me in Spanish to the other lady and themanager and I full understand Spanish. So now after 3 people touch my cup the manager is asking me if I want an extra shot ofespresso; I declined. I told the manager I?m not going to argue with you; I stated you can either have the other lady make me ornew one or give me a full refund. The manager throws my drink out and walked away. I waited 10 additional minutes and I thenwalked to the register, and asked for a refund. The manager eventually gave me a refund of $7 ( my drink cost $6.38.) It took atotal of 31 mins before I received a refund at the store. I don?t recommend any one to go this location. No one deserves badservice?. Read more
I very rarely give High Praise to coffee shops but I must admit this Dunkin' Donuts was wonderful. They had the coffee rolls... that I love, a new pumpkin donut, and a great helpful staff. There was a wonderful lady that helped me that had a smile on herface from ear to ear. The bathroom was clean and seeding was quiet and neat and clean. My iced tea was terrific and I had a goodview of the roadway and stores across the street. Parking was fantastic as well. Maybe it was just a good day, who knows? I willadmit, all Dunkin Donuts need to be like this one. Why did I go there? I met somebody and it was 100 Point Monday to order onthe app and pick up. I ordered and I ate in. How sweet is that. Spent $6 on a cup of iced coffee & the lady in there trying to charge me $1 for an additional a cup w ice. As usual they didn?t... put enough ice in my cup of coffee w espresso shot & it taste like dirty water. Read more
Should have gotten Starbucks!! The first problem was receving a cup of milk - when i returned on my lunch break it was to much... to ask for a ice coffee instead of the hot one that i order 6am in the morning. The second time I ordered ahead and my coffeewas sitting there in a nice dirty cup. when i addressed the issue with the worker, it was to much to ask for a clean cup. They should have posted signs that they changed the name of my favorite drink Vanilla Chai to Vanilla Spice. I got some... horrible latte spice instead. But the Beyond sausage was perfect!! Read more
