i?m not the one to ever write a review but this is defenetly the expecting. The ladies here straight up rude. I get my order... every day in the morning here for me and my husband. my husbands order is always, iced caramel coffee , cream with sweet coldfoam. the ladies here ALWAYS add cinnamon WHICH MY HUSBAND IS ALLERGIC TO. and i always have to tell them that i didn?t ask forit . every time i tell them they give me attitude but today they looked at me in my face and told me it comes with it and that ihave to specify in the online order that i don?t want cinnamon. I have 5 years of customers service experience?.almost 6?straight up lying to the customer and their face while blaming them the situation ??? please. also you can?t add notes on theapp for a coffee. oh not to mention the other day they put bacon in my vegetarian sandwich ?. The employees are friendly and there's fast service. It's wheelchair accessible. Orders are to go only. There's no dining in.
Since I've discovered this Dunkin Donut's I've come in several times for a vanilla latte and it has been so consistent in taste... that I fell compelled to leave a review. I highly recommend their vanilla latte's and the store is also kept clean. Read more
This location is im a good spot traffic wise so the coffee keeps flowing fresh. Service is pretty quick as well and is... consistent with how it's prepared. Only thing is that the parking is a bit tight but for me it's fine. Fun fact: years agothis particular Dunkin was a KFC. Used to work down the road and remember it was KFC. Read more
I?m sorry I normally don?t do reviews but this is by far the WORSE restaurant on central ave! These ladies never have orders... ready on time because they are too busy talking or in their phones which is so unprofessional! I have an online order andbecause they didn?t not receive the order they didn?t want to make my order I also shown them my receipt which had the time anddate on it? whoever is the manager at this location need to put better workers there?s always a long line they move so slow!!! I have good praises for this Dunkin' Donuts. Good staff when I am there. Clean bathroom. Nice seating. Easy parking. Fast... service. A quiet place to relax. Consistent food served. It is simply a quality, quiet, clean outlet that I enjoy going to.Bring the kids. The bacon, egg, cheese on an everything bagel is superb. Try it toasted dark.
