Again another great review from me to PF Chang, I was at PF Chang last Saturday in New Jersey had the best time with family... food was great and I highly recommended, today I'm at PF Chang in White Plain NY and the food & Service was fantastic. Flies flying around. One was so big that when it landed on my head I felt it. Food so so. Some of the staff better than... some. The food is not like it use to be. I thought it was only the on in RidgeHill but nay expensive and not that good. Read more
I visited P.F. Change about 2 weeks ago in May 2022 on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was nearly empty and we were able to... be seated right away. This P.F. Chang is located at the Westchester Mall. There are two ways to enter the restaurant: from thestreet or through the mall via stairs or elevator. The atmosphere of the restaurant was really nice with cultural decorations,there are several tv with sports playing on the channels. The air was on when we visited the location if you’re like me andget cold bring a light jacket. We didn’t have to wait long for our waiter Nicklaus “Nick” to come over and introducehimself. Nick was so pleasant, and friendly. He made food suggestions and answered any questions we had about a dish. He keptchecking to see if we were okay, if we needed anything, and made sure our food was good. I must say our food and beverages cameout rather quickly. I ordered the sesame chicken with broccoli and white rice. Of course, the white rice was very bland butwhen mixing it with the chicken it improved. My daughter ordered the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. Her rice was alsobland. We also had beef friend rice and it must not have been to good because the person usually eats all of their food at arestaurant. For dessert we had the Chang’s Apple Crunch with ice cream. The dessert was really good it’s like thin appleegg rolls, I believe it came with 6. Overall, my experience here was very pleasant. I looking forward to visiting therestaurant again. I’m unsure how accessible the restaurant is via public transportation but I’m sure it goes there. I didsee an area designated for Uber/Lyft pick up. I know thee is a Metro North station nearby also. If you’re wondering if youhave to pay for parking, you guessed correct, the answer is yes. The best thing is you get to enjoy the Mall after dining. Read more
Came here my Birthday Dinner with Family. Amazing experience. I've been to P.F Changs multiple times but it was a first time... experience for a lot of my family. Food was amazing and our server, Ashley, was amazing and did a great job getting our foodand drinks out in a timely manner and was all around great. They were great about allowing us to bring our own cake (which theyheld for us) and some small decorations for my Birthday. Restaurant was very clean, quiet and not packed at all so we picked agood time to go for lunch. Ordering and paying was extremely easy and convenient. Will definitely return. Love P.F. Changs!! The location is spacious. COVID protocol was observed (as far as tables were concerned) they did not require... us to show Vaccination status (all members of my group are vaccinated). Food was terrific and the server Ashley was even better.He recommended dishes and portions for our group. This isn't my first time at this location and it will not be my last! Read more

We had previously dined at PF Chang's and had enjoyed it immensely. Sadly, I was disappointed on this occasion. Masks are not... required in Westchester County so staff were unmasked. That is a matter of County and store policy so I was prepared to respectthat because I like the food. The restaurant was overstaffed yet appetizers took fifty minutes to reach us and as we feared,main dishes arrived before we finished the appetizers. When I visited the restroom, I noticed that the walkway to it had severalpieces of toilet paper on the floor. Sure enough, the men's room had paper on the wet floor also and the inspection card had notbeen filled out at all. When I reported this to the hostess, her response was the the bathrooms were not under her control. Iguess she missed the "team" part of the training. This is sad for me because the food was excellent and this is a nice location.Hopefully, it was just a bad moment. Staff were attentive and a birthday in our party was acknowledged. BTW main entry is fromthe interior mall, not the street. If you use the street entry, walk around to the front for the host station. Read more
Food is good and the restaurant looks nice. I also like that they pack your "to go" box as opposed to having you do it yourself.... However, expext high wait times to be seated and the food is overpriced. Most expensive Chinese food ever ???? Read more
