I?ve ordered from here twice cause I like to give second chances. The first time I waited almost any hour for my food only for... it to be cold. No one called to say it was delivered. Love this place, they are my local pizza place and they NEVER dissapoint. Whether it's a planned event with an assortment of... items off their menu, or a quick pizza pie when other food wasn't going as planned, the quick lunch snack, or a sit down lunch,they have it all and it taste great! I use order from them years . I totally about best pizza . I am tired of nasty pizza in white plains.
Had the family meal plan which consists of a large pie, 12 wings and a 2 liter soda. The pie was ok, the wings were a little... under cooked. Overall 4 stars for the price, $30. Can't beat that! Read more
Usually quality food and prompt delivery, but last night the wife and myself ordered a large pepperoni pie for delivery, and... when it was delivered and we opened it, the bottom was burnt black as was the crust, we called back and offered to hold it forthe delivery guy to come pick up, the gentleman who answered the phone, (due to it being close to closing) said if they couldoffer us a credit, we agreed and called to order today and was told we would only be charged 15.00, I tried to explain whattranspired and it became monotonous going back and forth disputing this, finally we simply cancelled, loved there food , butthis left a bad taste in our mouths... My wife put in a Uber eats order at white plains location and then my mom decided to come over as well. We called to add onto... the order and the man on the phone flipped out on her screaming about how disrespectful it was to add two slices of pizza ontothe order. She was very calm and respectful but that is the worst customer service we have ever had, the pizza came and it wasterrible. I went into Planet Pizza to pick up my already paid for order. I saw it sitting on top of the oven so I told the employee in the... gray long sleeve shirt that I was here to pick up my pizza and that I already paid. He then continued to ignore and had mestanding there for 5 minutes staring at the pizza. He then helped another costumer who was behind me before handing me my pizzathat was sitting there. I got back to the car with a cold pizza. I was going to go back in and request a refund but didn?t wantto deal with the horrible customer service again for a 20 dollar pizza. Won?t be going back.
