Recently Planet Wings White Plains transitioned ownership, and honestly, whoever took over this business either doesn?t know... what they?re doing or are intentionally running into the ground. Before the transition, my wings were always fresh, I?ve gottenwings that must?ve say out all dang night. And I never had trouble communicating with the people taking my order. Since thistransition my orders are frequently messed up. I order spicy wings with Blue Cheese and I get Ranch. I order regular fries and Iget curly. Not too bad, tolerable, but was never a problem before. I?ve ordered and paid via credit card, or at least I thoughtand the driver arrives and he?s asking for cash??? I don?t know if the phone there is in bad shape but i find myself repeatingorders and addresses And card numbers and phone numbers etc. more than three times. Honestly I was patient because I get it,sometimes you ?just didn?t catch that last bit?. I ordered recently and together we repeated my order address and phone number.I ask the price she gives it and I mutter about how expensive things have gotten, of course in a friendly tone referencingeverything like gas, and the Person on the phone says, ?OK THANKS! GIVE US 30-40 minutes?. Cool. An hour passes. I call back,?hey this is so and so from such and such, just checking on my order. The same lady on the phone is like ?oh we didn?t processyour order because you said you weren?t sure if you were going to pay cash or card???. OMG. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? I asked herhow this happened and began repeating HER last sentence before hanging up and she goes ?we?re processing your order now?. I goma?am are you serious? She goes ?you wan it or not???.. I really loved PW and spent a lot of money there. I?m good. Bring backthe previous owners. You guys are trash. Read more
The whole wing is the size of that piece of the wing you throw away. Go here if you want dry, anemic, chicken, watered down... ranch dressing, and soggy celery. The nachos were stale and the cheese is not cheese. You deserve better. We all do. Read more
Great customer service, I have never spent 18 dlls in a meal which I didn?t enjoy. their wings are so nasty and so small! I wish... I had taken a picture. You are better off going to BWW and have good wings. Read more
Placed a order at 5:53pm on Monday and now it was 6:40pm no show of the 15 wings I ordered. Husband call the restaurant and... young lady said the food is on its way. Waited until 7:00pm called again she acted like we was bothering her. She gave a littlesmirk laugh like it was funny our food didn't come as of yet. I called again a few minutes later to see what's going on. Shesaid the food was delivered and signed. I ask her by whom and she said I don't know. I left my house and went to the restaurant. And ask for a refund. Again the same chick at the restaurant wasn't pleasant. Very nasty attitude, and no concern forcustomers. Planet Wings you just lost a customer. Read more
