Run from this place!! My wife who is in a wheelchair and I went for a late lunch. There were about 4 to 6 others finishing... meals. Our waitress was initially friendly and brought bread and the tasty appetizer in a timely way. Then...uh oh waited as wewatched all the other diners leave the place. And then watched as our waitress left too!! We had been waiting 45 minutes bythen for main course as takeout orders were delivered 1st!?? We finally got up to leave and they had the nerve to ask if wewanted the food to go!!@?Is this how you treat handicapped?!! SHAME ON YOU!!@@AND SHAME ON THAT BLONDE WAITRESS WHO ABANDONEDUS!!! First time here, with my family. Celebrating my mother's birthday. Food was delicious and filling. Service was great!
The tuna tartar tasted off, like the fish was old. The orecchiette was very oily, I’ve had a similar dish at many other... restaurants and this version was stripped down to the main ingredients only, no detectable seasoning or sauce (unless you countall the oil). The cocktails were also very strange, even classic cocktails like the old fashioned had changes made to the recipe(like adding maraschino liquor?) The staff was nice but compared to the locations in Manhattan this one is worth skipping unlessyou are in a nearby, in a hurry and are here with family (in which case they can definitely provide a high chair and thesimplified versions of the dishes might be a good thing). Our family had a great meal here. I had the branzino and my wife had a special (chicken and eggplant with light marsala sauce).... Both were delicious. Kids had the margherita pizza and penne. They liked their meals. Tiramisu, chocolate gelato, and lemonsorbet were all delicious. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. In European style they didn't bring the bill until we askedfor it.
