Many years ago I ate at Smashburger in a different state and got food poisoning. This was my first time trying this location. I... ordered an avocado bacon burger with haystack onions no cheese. Instead I got an avocado bacon burger with blue cheese? whichabsolutely could not be removed. I tried to drown it in truffle Mayo, with only minimal effect. Blue cheese is one of the onlythings I hate. After a 12.5 hour workday the last thing I wanted was to gag on my dinner. This is location that you can tell us a work in progress but not necessarily going in the right direction. Yes, the staff is... courteous but just from observation there are times which you can clearly question that. This restaurant is fairly new on theeast coast and has a lot to live up to being Colorado based and a high standard for food. There are true questions on how theytreat their staff which are times rubs off on the customer. So hopefully the next visit can tell more and show the family valuesthat this restaurant holds deep down. Time will tell but unfortunately can use a face lift. Read more
I usually stop at this location after a Bike ride to grab my burger and beer fix. This time around the location /staff seemed to... be disfunctioning or severely backed up. The beer prices also increased to a pub/bar pricing sadly. It took a very extensivetime to take the initial order, later took a long time to provide it. A few months back it would have got 4 or even 5 stars.This time around it was a 2,so tried to average it out. Read more

My very first time at a Smash Burger. I decided to get the Double Truffle Mushroom Swiss and it was very delicious. Staff is... very friendly the only bad thing I experienced here was that the bathroom is poorly maintained? paper everywhere, no soap , nonapkins. Other than that the place is excellent! Read more
Visited this location with two friends. I ordered a Classic Smash burger topped with a fried egg, with a Blue Moon on the side.... The food was delicious and my friends were pleased with their meals as well. I had arrived towards the end of the dinner rushand the staff did a great job of staying on top of orders and providing us and other customers with friendly service. The staffwere quick to clear tables as customers left, and I was impressed with their efficiency in making sure the place was spotless.The bathroom was very clean as well.
