Great experience!! We almost finished everything, but honestly, by the time you get to the dessert course you’re stuffed. The... flavors are awesome, the staff interaction is great, and our server Jayy was awesome. She was knowledgeable about the flavorsand happy to break things down for us. My friend and I decided to try this restaurant for the experience. Our server was Arthur, he was very polite and explained how... everything worked. He was attentive and continued to check on us during dinner. We each ordered our own proteins and chose the“mojo” cooking sauce. The citrus flavor was strong and a little salty. The cooking process wasn’t bad but I could see howit could take longer with a larger group. You also get a side of mushroom, broccoli, and potatoes with the order. Excellent place for a date night. I came here to take advantage of “Thursdate” and we loved it. I only took off one star due... to our waiter not paying attention to us much. I asked for 3 things during our meal and he merely ignored me and never gave mean answer, it was not once and was quite annoying. First I asked for the cute little tortellini like pasta that comes with themeats usually and he told me he would check back with me after asking the kitchen, no answer and he never returned. Then I askedtwice for extra sauce and no answer and then once again something separate and no answer. I would rather be told upfront aboutsomething not Available then just ignored. I will return though because my boyfriend and I very much enjoy the food here and aone time poor service is understandable. This will be my first and last time going to dinner at the Melting Pot!! The manager Kaley with the blonde hair, was extremely... rude and she basically ruined our experience. Everytime we started cooking she would come over and just turn our stove down. Ourelectric burner wasn’t even high! First off, I’m cooking for my family and myself, you’re not the chef. How dare her keepinterrupting our family dinner. She wasn’t even our waitress. She was absolutely rude and no wonder the restaurant was slow ona Friday night. It’s probably because of her. Was looking for something different and it was!!! A little back and forth about the food but for an experience Truly it was!!... My server JULIA was the Best at explaining what I was about to get into and walked me through the process step by step and gaveme 5 STAR TREATMENT!!!?
