This was a $6.00 breakfast sandwich. When cooking these eggs do you not realize what you?re charging and what you?re putting on... the sandwich? I keep coming back with the hopes of improvement, but I?m continuously let down. I will not be returning. Read more
I used to go here many years ago when the bagels were really good. These owners have no idea what a bagel is or how to make... them. They were super thin and so crunchy they were almost stale. I will not be returning! Read more
What A Bagel is literally a hole in the wall. It's a small place, often crowded, with everyone literally right on top of each... other, and zero organization with the line. The bagels and breakfast sandwiches are good (not amazing) but the variety of creamcheeses was my favorite. The vegetable cream cheese was fresh and tasty. There is a very small seating area which would havebeen great, but when we went it was 35 degrees outside and the owners left the doors open, so eating inside would have basicallybeen like eating outside so we took our food to go. Yikes... I went there today for a couple egg & Swiss sandwiches and coffee... it?s the second time I?ve been there (first time... Dec 2018). This visit was awkward, to say the least... awkward enough that another customer and I exchanged disapproving glancesat one another at the treatment the workers were receiving from the owner right in front of us. The owner was incessantlyreprimanding the man making sandwiches telling him repeatedly to go in the back. The customer next to me then turned to me afterthe berating went on and on and said to me ?I would walk if an employer treated me like that?. Then the owner, while makingtasteless coffee, was overbearingly questioning another employee as my order was rung up. One of the employees said to us ?idon?t let anyone make me feel unhappy?... the whole situation felt uncomfortable and without love and respect. The sandwich wassubpar (the cheese didn?t look like Swiss cheese) and the coffee was terrible, I reckon cheap ingredients plus nasty treatmentof employees is a recipe for mediocrity.
