Used the drive thru so not sure about atmosphere, but n/a wasn't an option. Here as a travel nurse and was so disappointed to... not find a Popeye's nearby. (Closest one 45" away.) I don't eat fried chicken often - maybe once a month, but I was missingPopeye's - the crunch & the flavor. After a few weeks here I tried Bojangles. NOT disappointed. Let me say that I love Bojangles and I'll continue to go back (because it's the only one anywhere close to where I live). With... that being said, this location struggles in a very serious way. We normally get Bojangles 1-2 times per month and in the past 6months they have gotten the order right AND had everything we wanted available 1 time. They are constantly out of something ormess the order up somehow. We've learned to double check before we leave the parking lot. The staff is extremely nice andalways try to accommodate or fix the problem. I've never had a negative interaction with anyone there. They just can't seem toaccurately predict how much of any given item they're going to need in a given night and when they get busy QC seriouslysuffers. Read more
I went through the drive thru around 7 am and ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bun large combo and a supreme combo. Waited on... the supremes (that?s fine). What I received was a chicken egg and cheese on a bun. Both orders of fries were as hard as a rockand old. Even my dog had a hard time eating them. Very disappointing. Read more
Terrible experience. Kept ordering food and the lady kept telling me ?we don?t have that?. Chicken tenders, Dr Pepper? and... instead of telling me specifically what they didn?t have she would just say that until I guessed which specific item wasavailable instead of providing any clarification. I ordered a #13 and got 2 pieces of chicken and not 3 like the menu says.. the other occasion was I ordered sweet tea and... received unsweetened tea!! I am about put out with this place .. what is so bad they are better than this!! May god blesstheir hard times.. They need some serious management!! JS Read more
I used their website to order food Thanksgiving and got a call within 10min saying they're out of chicken and couldn't make my... order. Which was fine I understood but when I asked about a refund they said I would have to get the number from the website.Well there is no number on the website it's more like a survey and says they'll get back to you but I have yet to hear anything5 days later and they took my money it posted to my account. This was the most ridiculous thing I have ever experiencedanywhere. So until I get my money refunded it will be my opinion this place will rob you. Read more
