Went through the drive-thru and the man behind the register left out one of my orders I had to drive all the way back to get it,... I did not live down the street. We come through the drive-through today and the reception that we received at the window was beyond five star service. The... gentleman?s name was Alan. He confirmed our order handed us our drink and while we were waiting he went and grabbed a crown andgave to my five-year-old son. Then went to the front counter and took an order. As soon as he was done taking the order he thengrabbed our food and gave it to us. Thank you Alan and thank you Burger King. Read more
