Went through the drive-thru and the man behind the register left out one of my orders I had to drive all the way back to get it,... I did not live down the street. These people that work in restaurants need to pay more attention on what they are doing. I wasvery upset, Burger King should do better or close it up. Very disappointed. Gas is not free!!! Read more
I'm giving them one star because me and my friend went to lunch there on 8/11 and we found a hair in our food took the food back... in thinking that they was going to make it right and the only thing they done was give us another Whopper so I would notrecommend for anybody to go eat at this Burger King because if you do they will not make it right if you got hair in your food Read more
We come through the drive-through today and the reception that we received at the window was beyond five star service. The... gentleman?s name was Alan. He confirmed our order handed us our drink and while we were waiting he went and grabbed a crown andgave to my five-year-old son. Then went to the front counter and took an order. As soon as he was done taking the order he thengrabbed our food and gave it to us. Thank you Alan and thank you Burger King. Read more
I ordered a bacon whopper meal with onion rings and a coke and another onion ring. Went thru drive thru and didn't have to wait... long to order and only had to wait about a minute or two to get my food. Food was hot and fresh, service was good, and I didn'tmind that little wait. Read more
I've never seen a business run like this restaurant is run. I've been to this burger king and the inside lights out, nobody... would acknowledge you at the speaker, but see kids just tearing through inside, running and climbing on the tables & booths,lol! I've seen businesses give hints and announce their closing hours, but to come outside and yell to customers in the drivethru that they won't be served because it's almost closing time, is disrespectful. This has happened the last 3 times I visitedthis restaurant. (I was lucky enough to be at the head of the line & I got my order in) A woman walks outside in the parking lotand yells to the people in the drive thru lane, that they are closing at 8pm and they would not be taking any more orders!! Lol.It's uncouth but I mean you gotta laugh. ???? If you're in the area around 7:30pm and there's a line at the drive thru, stop byand watch the show. A lady comes out every. Single. Time and yells at the people in the line, informing them they won't beserved because, and I quote, "we close at 8 and it's already 7:30) as she shrugs and walks back inside. ???? Not only is theirdinning room STILL closed, but ya can't even get inside to order at the counter & carry out, lol. only drive thru & onlineorders. But ya better get to the window before 7:30 ???? This stretch of highway is high volume for tourist also, it's off I74,5 minutes from Mayberry RV campground and it's the tourist attraction of the Andy Griffith home place, museum and many shops.You would think they would accommodate the heavy traffic & tourists areas and open longer and be more courteous. Ordered a chocolate milkshake and a chocolate Oreo cookie shake....they used chocolate syrup and vanilla ice cream to make... chocolate because they DO NOT have chocolate ice cream.
