The Chilli's in Mount Airy needs a good cleaning!! When we was there Saturday it wasn't that crowded and I noticed that I was... dirty & unsanitary. This will be the last time I come into this place. It has gone down hill tremendously. I came in during the lunch hour on the... week day with my sister and 2 children. There were very few people in the restaurant. We were seated right away but the waitressdid not come over for about 15 mins. She took our drink order. My drink was incorrect and I had to ask someone else to correctit because she never came back. We had to stop her when she passed by, as it had been several minutes, and asked her to take ourorder. She was very rude about it. We received the wrong salad but we were on a time crunch at this point so we let it go. Thefood took over 25 minutes and some of it was cold when it came out. At this point we HAD to leave. The children cried becausethey were hungry and had been waiting so long. They boxed up what we ordered but there was no apology for the wait or anything.When I asked for the check the waitress said "here" handed it to me and walked away. All of this and it cost 43.00. Initially, we were escorted to a table whose seat had been damaged. It was impossible not to notice this, the hostel knew about... it and still chose this table for us???? until I asked to change the table. The steak was wonderful???? Read more
