There is nothing like basking in sunshine and fresh ocean air. This cozy little nook has been part of the community for many... years and I can see why. I brought my mother here for afternoon tea and it was an experience we will never forget. The owner iswarm and welcoming; the food is presented in a stylish, elegant fashion and tastes absolutely delicious. Every bit wasperfect. Do yourself a favor. Go and visit. The afternoon tea is well priced, with good portion sizes and delicious finger food. I enjoyed my dining experience with my... friends here. One thing would be helpful is a little description of all the tea selection. There are so many and I felt we wouldsave the servers some time if we could figure out what's in each tea ourselves. Came here for a lunch outing with my young daughter and we both loved this place. She kept saying how relaxing it was and how... cozy she felt. We especially loved the scones, which were fresh out of the oven. And we devoured all of the savoury sandwiches.Loved the pear and Brie one! Didn?t have room left for the sweets, but we wrapped those up to go and finished them athome. Will be back for sure! Read more
A cute little shop for high tea. The finger foods were delicious. I especially enjoyed the scones and the brie and pear... sandwiches. The tea was delicious, I had the Scottish Toffee, and the service was great - they were nice enough to let us movefrom a middle room table to the window booth once it emptied out. I have dined here multiple times since 2016 and lately a few times with the current owner. It's a real treat to dine here for... high tea. Food has been consistently well made and presented and service has been outstanding. Salads have always been superfresh. The desserts are rotating and always a little different than the previous time. I can never seem to leave withoutpurchasing a couple bags of their loose tea which I can't find anywhere else locally. Best high tea I?ve ever had. They even had a gluten sensitive option and I got to eat ALL the same items as the rest of my... family but made with gluten free flour and the sandwiches were on gluten free bread. I was beyond happy!! I am always left outwhen we go out to eat or if there is a gluten free option it tastes gross, but you would never know any of their high teagoodies were gluten free they tasted 100% normal, I haven?t experienced anything this tastey since going gluten free and it wasso amazing they were able to cater to my needs and provide such excellent service!
