The staff was misleading about the ingredients of their coconut drink. We specifically asked if it's young coconut in the... shell, to which they responded that it was. They brought us some juice with a bunch of sugar in a plastic cup, and would notcorrect the error. They don't seem interested in running an honest service. Cannot be trusted unfortunately. Wonder what elsethey mislead others about. I would suggest to look at other nearby restaurants that are more honest about their offer. Read more
The first Vietnamese restaurant that I've ever been to that had the least appealing bowl of Pho. No cilantro, little onion and... green onion. Tendon is smaller than a spoon. 4.5/5. Shrimp roll: above average size, average contents. Spring rolls: average, heavily fried, meh. Lemongrass grilled chicken:... average, just ok. Environment: grungy, authentic. Pho: above average, meat to noodle ratio was surprising (large order). Thestaple ?beef steak? was still soft despite simmering for a long while in the soup (I.e overcooking) possibly indicating a goodquality cut and freshness. Read more
Terrible service. Did not get our order right. First we ordered chicken salad rolls and recd prawn. We mentioned it to them but... decided to keep them. Ordered our main meal. I got minced pork vermicelli bowl instead of lemongrass chicken. I told them againthe order was wrong again. Twice now. Waitress said how good the mince pork was and I should eat it. I didn?t want to send itback bc I was not getting a good feeling there. My husband ordered a spicy meal and asked for water and we never recd Anywater! We never saw the waitress after she dropped off our main meals. We got the bill. Made us pay for the wrong meals. Theservice was the worst. I would not recommend this place. Read more
I have been here quite a few times, and I have to say the service is always remarkably fast. The menu has so many options, there... is something for everyone! (I usually get the vegetarian pho bowl, not that this is particularly important to the review.) I?malways impressed at how much food they give you for a such a good price. Based on other reviews we found this gem! We googled pho places close to us and we?re pleasantly surprised. The trusty Pho Thai... regular hit the spot. Healthy portion of steak, perfect amount of noodles and flavourful broth left me feeling full. Springrolls came after the soup and took them to go. Regrettably not the best bowl of soup. Served warm, while pho must be near boiling to properly cook rare steak. Bland flavor... lacking either MSG or proper salt. Spices present but aren't pungent. Steak is pink and I'm uncertain what cut of beef it camefrom. Basil, brisket, noodles, and meat balls are all fine. Overall decent soup, but not worthy of re-visit. Read more
Second time eating here! Got the pho house special both times and it was delicious! Though, I would say the broth isn?t as rich... as some of the other phos I?ve had. But, it did come with a lot of noodles and meat/toppings, so definitely worth your money.Would also recommend the deep fried calamari rings and spring rolls for appy! 100% would go back! Read more
