Today my experience with Tim Hortons at Peace Arch hospital. I found they are billing for higher amount on cash register as... compared to the prices on display. The staff should have been trained to refund/ reverse the extra charged in error, which wasnot done.Not sure for other items how much extra they have been charging. I have purchased many times and many of us do not evenask for receipts and even when done the staff provides only the credit card receipts and not for the items. Read more
Although convenient, it is not nearly as customer friendly as other locations. The staff move at one speed regardless of the... lineup and on weekends, the location is short staffed. The fact that Tim Horton gift cards are NOT accepted here is justanother reason to go somewhere else. Read more
