So I ordered a Chipotle steak wrap and wanted it on Basil tomatoe wrap but they put it on spinach wrap. When asked about the... mistake they said they didn't have any tomatoe basil wrap. If Mary the sandwich maker would have told me up front that they wereout upfront before starting on my wrap then I would have been able to change my order.. The customer service is horrible. Only one employee on the weekends so the line moves really slow, they are usually out of a few types of bread. The younger... woman who works on the weekends in the rudest person I've ever dealt with. Just mean to every customer she talks to. Read more
It's an average Subway. Except it's packed at lunch and the workers are kinda slow, which exacerbates the problem. 30 minutes... to get your food. The food is good, but the wait is intolerable. Read more

It is the only fast food chain open on WSMR post and nice place to get a quick lunch or dinner.
The employee working there during closing time today (heavy set guy) has been showing consistent disregard for customer service,... courtesy and have reverted to cursing (foul language) to customers, having little to no supplies to make sandwiches anddisplaying signs stating what is served by days and yet saying that is not served at all.
