This restaurant has lost any sort of appeal it once held after Cassie and then Gage quit. They were the only good servers for... afternoons or night time. The remainder of the staff there are either lazy or rude and for a few it?s BOTH! Don?t go on a nightPam?s working as a manager she?s the worst out of any of them. And if you get Cheyanne as a server immediately request anotherone, she?s lazy rude and more often than not smells of fish and armpit. Ask for Patricia she?s close to Cassie & Gages level ofexcellent customer service! Lee is a very good manager so if you catch a night when she is there it?s all good. 3 star service was not for the wait staff or kitchen. Rather the lack of a person greeting and cashing customer's out. The wait... staff had to do all 3 jobs because of no one to fill the position. 3 stars are for the management lack of filling his or herpersonnel to a position. Read more
My husband and I decided to go have breakfast at IHOP and we wnt in about 11:30 am. The hostesses was really nice, and got us... into a booth like we wanted. Our server came right away and greeted us and asked what we would like to drink. He was back withour drinks in 1 min. He took our orders and we had our food in 10 minutes ???? I was in shock we couldn't believe how quicklythe food came out! The food was great! Everything was hot and the pancakes ???? were so light and fluffy!! ???? Our server wasgreat, he's the best ???? he made sure we gad everything we needed. The restaurant is open 24 hours, and we highly recommendgiving them a try! I love this location but today I did a pick up order that was a complete disaster. First ordering the food was a struggle the... website took four try?s before the order went through and my calls in between the try?s went unanswered. I get there and I hadto wait for my order just for me to get it and out of all 4 of my combo orders I had received JUST the pancakes. So now I haveto wait for them to fix and bring the eggs and meats. Get that bag and get all the way home take everything out of the bags andI am missing an omelette. Called several times and finally get someone and I had to go all the way back up to the restaurant toget the omelette. The most stressful 2hrs!! Read more

unbelievably i order food through uner eats. They gave me the food in very bad condition and additional with a hair. I called... and the manager told me that he had to bring the food back. When I brought her I told him that I didn't want any food that Iwanted my money back and he told me that I had to solve that with Uber. Terrible service, super poorly presented food and verylittle hygiene in this establishment. Besides the manager is arrogant. Read more
This is the first time I've been to this IHOP, they have excellent food, the waitress was very polite and knowledgeable. We got... seated right away, the waitress came right over and took our order for drinks. We are new what we wanted so we just told herwhat we wanted to and it took less than 10 minutes actually less than five to get our food, everything was great. I will begoing back IHOP has a variety of different foods to eat. Read more
After a fantastic George Strait Concert, found this IHOP close to our hotel. Food was fabulous! Needed that steak breakfast... and crepes meal at 1am! We thanked the cook and our server. Well done! Read more
