Me & my friend went to have lunch at this location & the tables were all dirty in the lobby. We were limited 2 napkins. We both... witnessed another customer that told the manager the tables were dirty & she was rude to him, then he asked for napkins & themanager ( a tall black woman) told him he couldn't have anymore, then at that sthey made his sandwich wrong. She started tellinghim cruel things & told him to leave. I thought that was very rude of her I didn't get her name but I remember what she lookslike, I myself will never go to that location again. Waited at the drive-thru for over twenty minutes while employees peeked out at us, hiding in the back. When we finally got one... to open the window (since the drive-thru order screen was turned off), she said they were closed, loooong before their scheduledclosing time. When asked why they were closed before the scheduled time, Maroon Shirt shrugged and nodded. I asked if they feltlike telling us this at all over the last almost half hour instead of avoiding us, Maroon Shirt shrugged again and said "okay".I was shocked by the disrespect. I asked "okay? Just okay?" Which got me another shrug and another "okay". My family and Inormally love to eat here, and I usually give fast food chains the benefit of the doubt when "something bad happens" becauseI've been there, I've worked fast food, I know how it gets sometimes. I can handle getting the wrong burger when they are in arush; no biggie. But blatant disrespectful behavior and hiding when they KNOW we see them? That's ridiculous and intolerable. Dobetter. Normally I love this place. But last night 9/16/22 we stopped on our way home and had excellent service with a smile. Got lots... of condiments, free water, extremely nice guy in the drive through window. No problem right? Except within an hour, I hadfraudulent charges on my card from an Iherb for $130 bucks that was ordered twice. And another charge from Japan. Luckily mybank caught it and alerted me and there I was at 2am confirming which purchases were mine and which ones weren?t I could havelied and said the $50 charge at Jack in the box in white settlement wasn?t mine either, but I?m honest and I did confirm thatcharge was mine. Cashier was extremely rude. My husband got his burger without any condiments when he asked for mayo on it due to a tomato... allergy. When he went to get it fixed the person didn't put on any gloves and gave us a dirty look. My brother's shake that heordered was incorrect as well. Store cleanliness is atrocious. Staff was extremely friendly, however I was not the biggest fan of the food. It was okay. Not bad, but not great either. The... lobby was also closed, and I didn?t see any signage indicating so, which was a tad bit of an inconvenience as I had to relievemyself quite urgently. Read more
Order one sourdough jack through door dash and received an extremely over cooked patty that was tough and my bread wasn't... toasted at all seemed very stale was literally disintegrating as I picked it up. Literally had to repeat everything to someone who mumbled in the speaker. Incompetence runs this asylum. Asked for the #7 which... is a combo meal and had to repeat several times...to someone who who barely speak a cohesive sentence that "yes, its acombo" Perhaps having someone who can run the drive thru who can speak clearly and does not have a ridiculous bull ring in theirnose might help. A little common sense would be ice on the cake as well but I'm afraid that maybe asking for too much. Read more
