Food is always good, but there's almost always something missing, mainly if you go through the drive-thru. I've had things... missing that paid extra for and don't live close enough to just run back up there and get it. Again, food is always great, justthe service isn't. Read more

Horrible!! My worst Popeye experience yet. I ordered a five piece chicken and waited 23 minutes in the Drive-Thru before I got... to the window just to spend an additional 10 minutes with the cashier who was being very defensive and asked me what the ordernumber was. I kindly gave her the order number. And she said there's nothing under that name so I showed her the receipt. Evenafter that she still continued to tell me we have to charge you again because the order didn't go through even though I had areceipt and showed her it was taken out of my account. And she would not give me my beans and rice side even after showing rightin front of her it's a free side. While the other girl just sat there the whole time when I explained it to her who barely knewany English sadly. Popeyes unless you can have your employees get their act together I will never go to your restaurant again.Because your drive-thru is much too slow and your employees are rude and defensive and I truly believe in respecting everyone.But this just pushed me far away Read more

This is just ridiculous! The car line was long yesterday after 6pm. I got out the line to order in the restaurant only to be... told the inside is close due to short of staff and only the drive thru is open,ok sure. It took us 28 minutes in the drivethru.. then when we finally got the order it's not correct. I mentioned the order was incorrect, the biscuit was hard, thefries dry and cold, the condiments were nasty and he stood there telling me this is how it's served, Sir I had this 3 days agoand this was not it, he continued to say this is how we have been serving the food. Ok,thank you have a great day.Now it'sunderstandable the long wait due to shortage of staff, being rude is not acceptable. It not my fault they were short of staffand under pressure, again no need to display rudeness. I'm guessing this behavior is acceptable for customers. At the end ofthe day customers will have to endure and acceptable this sort of treatment, lol, humans..... what a shame ppl would tolerate. Read more

Wish you could rate it zeros stars and still get to review... Went to order food for the family. Was ordering at the speaker and... apparently not fast enough for the person taking the order... As I am trying to decide what I want to add I hear her say, "Oh myGod..." on the other end... And I could basically hear the eye roll in her voice. So I decided I just wouldn't add anything elseand just ended my order there... Was actually considering just leaving without stopping but decided to try to fix this mess atthe window. When we get to the window we tell the young guy at the window to let the manager know we had a rude experience withthe person taking our order and need to tell her... We notice he never says anything to her. So we ask him to get her as hehands us our food. She comes over with an attitude and informs us she was the one who took our order. We inform her that she wasrude and she tells us she was not. Then she proceeds to rant about how it is her and the cashier and nobody else, not even acook and they need to keep things rolling. No apology at all, just more attitude and excuses... I get that short-staffed is thenew norm right now, but other places have been kind enough to be up front about it and ask for understanding rather than showrudeness. As we go to leave I apologize for not ordering fast enough and the manager responds, "Screw you too!" As if this allwasn't bad enough, we get home to find we are missing a side, neither of our sandwiches has a full serving of condiment, thepickles are sub-par and one even has a pickle stem in it, and the buns are stale. We also find that the side of red beans andrice we ordered was clearly old and had been reheated a few times and the flavor and texture were quite off... At this point Iam done with this location and they will not ever get my business again... Actually thinking about reaching out to corporate tosee what they will do about this disaster. The Mac and cheese was an odd color. It was like a bright pinkish-orange and I'm not sure why. Flavor was also only okay.... Nothing special. The color makes it seem like it's full of artificial color and flavor. Unfortunately, the color didn'ttranslate well in the photos (one is with flash and the other without).
