Prices are a not just a little high They are down right outrageous.and some are ridiculous but the servers working behind... counter are terrific and helpful. Most food is pretty good and above average but double the cost of what it should be isextremely annoying and you have to be careful with checking out prices .1 cold dry piece of Barbecue chicken for 8 dollars is arip off. And the 35 dollar t bone or rib eye that supposed to feed 4 people is not only a joke it is a rip off they are not arestaurant . It's a store . No candle ????? light atmosphere . My first time trying out this spot. Food was pretty good. I removed all of the sauce packets from under our fries which I found... unsanitary. I have never got something to eat here that I didn't like. The food is definitely 5 stars, and the service is amazing. You'll be... welcomed and made to feel like you're right at home. I?ll start off by saying that you will not be disappointed here. We are not from the local area and asked a local where to get... the best food. The River Market was his top recommendation and this place did not disappoint. The staff and locals inside wereall incredibly friendly and personable; the treated us first timers like we were regulars and we had wonderful and warmconversation with the staff and patrons while waiting for our food to be boxed. They were interested in where we were from andwhat brought us here. Everything is homemade and fresh. We arrived around 3:00 pm and asked about the dinner menu and was told?Dinner is served at 5:00 pm, so we?ll decide what we?re making for dinner around 4:00 pm?. Now that?s fresh!! We had theChicken Cordon Blue, baby back ribs, thin sliced roast beef and mudslide brownies. Everything was delicious and at a quality youwould expect of sit down restaurants. They have a wide selection of homemade comfort foods for takeout such as collards,Brunswick stew, bean soups, other soups and cooked vegetables, salads and deserts.
