Fired me because I was late.. no more than 15 minutes ever. Meanwhile, the whole kitchen staff including the manager is late.... Everyone employed person working other than 3 are never tardy. I worked overtime for them. Because I said the Owners daughtercouldn?t hold her weight and didn?t lead good leadership qualities, the male owner said ? that one might cost you?. Any post youmake on Facebook the owners say the lawyers will be at our doorstep the next day, because they know how dirty & unfair they are.Someone that works 4 shifts a week makes it to two shifts EVERY WEEK. We had people showing up 3-5 hours late. The owners werejust happy they showed up. If someone called in & myself or another hard worker they use for shifts couldn?t make it then theowner would be in a foul mood because she had to fill in that position. Helllllo! In a business that?s where the owners fill in.It?s nothing new. I was the best hard working waitress they lost, it wasn?t because me being late, it was because my freedom ofspeech letting them know; have a manager whose title isn?t just handed to you... work for it... then all the entitlement get tothe head. My husband and I enjoy supporting small local businesses when we travel and thought this looked like a nice place but after... waiting for 40 minutes to be seated and not even being able to be sat we had to find another place to eat. During the time wewaited we saw probably about 20 people walk out due to the long wait times. Two other customers waited over 20 mins to pay fortheir food. Simply amazing restaurant! The service was the best - attentive, friendly & fast. The food was unbelievable. The side salad was... ice cold &blue cheese dressing was great. The Ruben sandwich was spot on. And the fries were fresh handcut - they even cookedit extracrispy for us. The only disappointment was that we didn't order breakfast instead (it's served all day). Hubby keptlamenting he should have ordered breakfast everytime he saw a breakfast order served. It looked incredible! An absolute wonderful experience! The manager, Jen, was a true delight and she put up with my grandpa?s joking around so... gracefully and knew just to give it back! It made for a fun time (my cheeks hurt when we left). The food was absolutelyphenomenal. We live 1.5 away, but definitely plan to be back when we can!
