I find it difficult to give a McDonald's a 4 star rating but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised today. When I pulled in,... the line for the drive thru was wrapped around the building but surprisingly it moved right along and before I knew it I wasback on the road. All three staff members that I interacted with were excellent. Friendly, professional, and efficient. The foodwas McDonald's... so nothing special but everything was made properly and nothing was missing! Well except for the ketchup thatI had asked for, it was missing. Which made me remember my favorite Joe Pesci line from Lethal Weapon 2... And I laughed andlaughed. Read more
We stopped in to get dinner while we were traveling back home. The drinks were fine, the fries were fresh, as we had to wait for... over five minutes to get our food. When we got them, the chicken nuggets were stale, and my wife's chicken sandwich was notcooked like it should have been. My wife did eat a bit of it, and it made her sick, so she tossed it out the window on I-64. Read more
Very friendly food was fresh but it's not A-line bathrooms were clean getting the Attention of the employees to take my order
Here?s what I know to say. All I had was coffee as we were just driving through, but the coffee is good and the people are nice.
Clean bathroom before heading home. Packed full inside and drive through so wasn't taking an hour for getting the kid a... milkshake. I will give kudos for the employees who show up to work and respect this about them. I can't vouch for the food herebc I do not eat here. This restaurant is always packed and high volume and regardless of how incredibly efficient the employeesare, I'm certain the amount of customers non stop is challenging and tiresome ? Read more
Typically don't really review fast food chains but staff here are super nice. We arrived late night and pretty much only place... to eat, they cooked us burger and fried chicken sandwich fresh. Read more
When my brother and I wanted a coffee after we had left The Greenbriar and were en route to Charleston, we stopped at this... McDonald's. Since it was a Sunday morning, it was quiet and not busy. This place is standard and clean. I have never seen sucha tall outdoor McDonald's sign as the one at this location. It seemed to be at least 150 feet tall. Read more
I probably have eaten at McDonalds 3 times this year. Rarely eat fast food. Just had a craving for breakfast burrito.
