I ordered takeout subs to be delivered to a hotel in Whitefish using DoorDash. I found out later that the Whitefish Subway... location does not use DoorDash, so my order was transferred to the Columbia Falls Subway without telling me. I tried calling theWhitefish Subway to understand why my order was transferred (and therefore delayed), but no one picked up the phone inWhitefish. Lots of confusion without an explanation. I usually have great service and am very happy with my sandwich. Today was my worst experience. The music was too loud and I... needed to repeat my order several times. By the time he finished with my sandwich it was macerated and everything squished out.He squished it back together with the sandwich paper. Plus he kept sniffing over it like he had post nasal drainage. I stilltipped well but I can't eat it. Read more
Clean, delicious and awesome customer service! Just had breakfast here and though I'm not certain of his name, whoever was... working the morning shift on September 12th 2021 is a BOSS and probably super underappreciated. Give that kid a raise or apromotion, he's going places! He was very efficient, friendly and great customer service. With everything going on today in thejob market, particularly the pressure so many servers face with having to do way more work than they should, workers like himare what keep these businesses going. The staff here is always friendly and the two young ladies that were working today were super super nice and made my sandwich... with care and a smile. They even wrote 'have a great night!' on the wrapper. I really appreciated the great service and thesandwich was really good too. Read more
