This was a good sushi restaurant especially for Montana I was surprised I mean it's definitely not Florida seafood but it was... good the only thing is I felt like I was in New York City it was so packed and it was actually hot even with all the airconditions going you had to make reservations or there's no way you'd get a seat and it was so loud but the service was good thefood was good it just was not a relaxing atmosphere and it was not very comfortable the seating and it being hot because of somany people but all in all the sushi and the sake were good very good not as good as a lot of the places I go to in TampaFlorida but what can you do it is Montana we're not on the Gulf and that's not their fault.. Review from the day after our wedding7/24. We always get Wasabi for special occasions, so of course we got it for dinner the day... after our wedding. Worst experience and food imaginable. We called in an order, got quoted an hour which is long but fine.Showed up after an hour and have it take over 30 more minutes with orders coming in and going out in front of ours. We had totrack down three different people because all service staff would deliberately ignore my husband waiting there. There was onlyone server that gave a single care that we waited and apologized and checked in with us, she had darker hair and tight braidsand deserves recognition, unfortunately we weren’t able to catch her name. We finally stopped a manager and had to explainwe’d been waiting over an hour and a half. They did at least comp two rolls off our bill. These are the terrible rolls we weregiven. Dry, sloppy, not good. Wasted our dinner and more importantly our time on terrible service and a bad meal. We only hadthe one day to enjoy before heading back double time work. Great veggie options in the sushi, especially considering the limited options in the area. Not repeat worthy, but definitely... satisfying. Skip the dessert, it isn't fresh. Read more
Very very very good. But not perfect. The service was 5+ stars. Had a great variety but the freshness of the raw didn’t stand... out. The seared and cooked were better choices. Sauces great. And the chocolate fondue was better than perfect. Read more
The sushi was not that great. I got the New York roll with smoked salmon. It only had a few very small pieces of fish, It was... warm. I also got the mussles, about half of the shells where empty. They come in a very bland broth. The Naan bread that comeswith it was amazing. The warm sake was very good. The waitresses where very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing. Read more
10/8/21 Recommend? Yes and no. If you're looking for spectacular vegan options then no, this place isn't for you. If you're... just looking for something to dine on because well... we all need food? Or all of your dinner friends wants sushi? Yes, pleasecome right on in. I got the veggie spring rolls and the veggie bento box. The waittress was super nice and gave me a peanutsauce for the spring rolls instead of the regular sauce isn't vegan. The spring rolls were nice. Refreshing ingredients. I foundthe rice in the veggie maki roll was a bit dry, but other than that good serving of veggies in the roll. I personally didn'tcare for the seasoned tofu or the sauteed veggies, but that's really a personal thing then a they didn't do a good job thing. Read more
Wasabi was a basic Sushi bar with just "ok" Sushi. The food is good, but seriously not something to write home about. When you... compare the sushi to the price, I do not know if I can recommend them to anyone. The staff are all very friendly and thefacility was clean. As for the other peoples comments recently about poor service, from what I was able to see, it just feelslike they are understaffed as they did take a while, but we were only able to see 2 wait staff on the floor.
