I was there on Sunday Nov. 13 at about 9 AM and did not get taken care of. There was one person in front of me and twelve people... behind me. After standing there for thirteen minutes I left. 10.30.22. very disappointed in the staff today. business hours listed say that the store is open until 2pm. came in around... 1:15pm and door was locked. an employee was sweeping at the front door and just stared at me when i asked why they door waslocked if they are ?open?. not very good customer service. By far the best NY style bagels in Wisconsin. Friendly and efficient staff. I ?? this place.

They have a good bagel. However, it is infuriating how frequently they're closed, or are opening late.

It's been forever since I got a chance to eat lunch here but was super excited to get my favorite, turkey chipotle on Honey... grain bagel. Except due to the pandemic, they had removed my favorite bagel, in fact a lot of their menu has been removed. Thatbeing said, I got my sandwich on an everything bagel for the first time and while it wasn't my favorite, it was still delicious.As always the staff here was amazing, helpful, friendly, engaging, sympathetic to my disappointment over not getting what Iexpected and knowledgeable to redirect what I wanted into something else. I took one star off due to the menu changedisappointment but I understand a business gotta do what it has too in these times, full stars on product and service quality. Read more
