Ordered a sandwich from this location for delivery and I received the wrong sandwich. I called and was told that I could come in... anytime and get a new sandwich with my name and phone number. I went in to get a sandwich and was told they had no record of myfree sandwich and that "anyone could claim they were supposed to get a free sandwich ". I left, refusing to give them more of mymoney. They wasted my time twice. Do yourself a favor and go to the location on Port Washington rd or the Oakland location. I'venever had any issues with them. Read more
Delivery Driver had the stinkiest car or something because our food now reeks and it is all inedible. Can't get a refund on the... jimmy johns app either so make sure to go in person to avoid ruined food. Read more
My son and I came into the Whitefish Bay location. I didn?t realize they weren?t open yet. The owner was there and was so... friendly and welcome. He said, it?s okay, what will you have. I ordered some sandwiches for me and my coworkers at Dr. Noah's Ark, and the shop forgot about our sodas. Our delivery driver... Rodney (I think it was Rodney, maybe Ronnie?) personally went to the gas station himself and bought ALL 4 OF US cherry cokes!!!He was amazingly friendly and that was extremely kind of him to do. 10/10. Should be zero stars since I never got my food! 45 minutes later it arrived at the wrong location and the driver never asked for... a signature. The wrong recipient called us to let us know what happened. The driver never should up with the food after wecalled Jimmy John's back. Disappointing for our staff during a busy day. Read more
I haven't been in a Jimmy John's in a while, but I have to say, this one is pretty great. The manager was a great guy. This... location was not busy at the time we went in but he was really the only person on duty at the time and didn't let that pressurebother him, as he stayed friendly the entire time (and made our food as quickly as possible). The food took a little bit tomake, but being the only person, I figured this would happen and that didn't bother me. Sandwich description does not match the product. Generous portion of mayonnaise with a sprinkle of chicken and sliver of tomato,... a tiny piece of lettuce and a one corner of cheese. This is what you will get. The people working here need to ease off thecondiments! I did not order a condiment sandwich! Even the Vito is soaked in oil, so much that the bread is mushy. 10-31-22 After Corporate read my review, I was directed to call the local JJs in WfB. I spoke with Ryan and he offered to repeat myorder (the Vito) and send it out. The sandwich was delicious, with just a touch of oil. Therefore, I am upgrading my reviewfrom One Star to Three Stars.
