Please read to find out why I gave them 5 stars. 1. Finding the amount of employees to staff at levels pre covid is difficult... for every business. 2. There are tourist/seasonal businesses that poach employees with higher pay for a short amount of time. 3.This location has some employees that stuck with BK. Were loyal in very hard times. 4. I eat here often and have never heardthem complain. Even in the face of the entitled "Karen's", that run around like insulting and berating strangers is ok. 5. I realize many restaurants are under staffed, however, the workers seem to be taking this out on their customers. My family came... in on a Tuesday night and the gentleman in charge was swearing on his headset very loudly and making it very apparent that wewere an inconvenience. He then proceeded to very rudly and loudly tell us that it's going to be a long time because he has toclean the lobby and do other things before he can serve us. I understand being frustrated, but you don't act that way towardsyour customers. We left and won't be back. But thank you for the opportunity to show my kids how to not act when working incustomer service. Read more
Normally this is my favorite place to go, they are friendly and have great food... tonight was not one of those days. I'm not... sure If the girl working was by herself running things but a lot was a miss. We were there at 5-5:20 and there was one car atthe window in front of me but that was it for ppl at the time. When we tried to order she didn't ask what drink we wanted, orwhat size, or any sauces...all she said was "anything else" but very rudely like we we're an inconvenience. So we get to thewindow and she snags my card, runs it and gives it back no receipt and before we can say anything she walked away towards theback. Everytime we come in to this place the staff are unfriendly. They do not greet you much less smile. This fellow had a black... mask and sunglasses on and a billed cap!. He doesn't look up and when my hubby went back to the counter to get the syrup thatwasn't included in his breakfast the fellow ignored him. Management needs to train them better. They were not busy. This a newer remodeled Burger King, however they left the old Coca-Cola drink dispenser in place, which I think should have been... changed out with the Coca-Cola Freestyle dispenser. The employees were pretty friendly, the food was hot and fresh. It is worththe visit to the location. Read more
The food is pretty standard but the service is hit or miss. Sometimes it feels like you're a bother just showing up.
